We're halfway through the year! Crazy, huh? Summer is in full swing and during this time we all tend to be a little more relaxed about things. This is usually the time when I get lazy and lose sight of my goals and then once autumn starts creeping up I start having an anxiety attack about how much I slacked off.
This month's mantra is to keep the progress going and help to keep focused on those goals, no matter how daunting they may be.
What's one "impossible" goal you have? How do you plan to accomplish it?
Staying on top of things and motivate myself to do it regardless how i feel. welp, same boat as you i guess lol. lets motivate each other!

It seems impossible for me to stick to my workout goals because I'm now trying to workout in the evenings and you know how much energy and motivation someone has at the end of the day...

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love this. I need this, too. That "One foot in front of the other" right now is helping me up a huge mountain... or maybe I'm coming down the other side? Can't tell- but it's not easy. I know I can do it.
