Yeah, so. This past week was another fail. It has been rainy and stormy and I have been so stressed/distracted (hello, purple eyebrow) that working out has been the last thing on my mind. Anyway, here's how the week went down:
Monday: Another day of C25k done. I'm actually loving this program and I used to hate running. I've gained a lot of weight over the past few months and I love that this is helping me shed that fat all over my body, not just one specific area - though I do wear a waist belt for some extra sweat from my tummy area.
Tuesday: Another bout of Circuit Breaker plus a round of Ab Burner via Nike Training Club app. I was on fire that night but it hurt so good.
Wednesday/Thursday/Friday: Nothing/Nada/Zilch. I was just lazy and the weather made me not want to do anything except sit on the couch and read. Which I did. #sorrynotsorry
This week I'm back to it though. For reals. The kids start school this week which means I don't have to stress out about taking them to work with me or worry about what mess they've created at home. Excited to get them back into the school routine which means sleeping and waking earlier, so hopefully a little morning yoga time for me!
What about you? What did your workout week look like?
hey, twice a week is still good so don't beat yourself up.
ReplyDeletei usually workout 6 days a week but since my trainer up and abandoned me on thurs for his mini weekend vacay (like, who needs those?! LOL) i only did 4 days of muay thai and that felt really weird. this week we're back at it so as of tomorrow, all the muay thai until sunday!
you are killing it! good for you!!
